The sage asked the second question: «Is my pitcher full now?». His pupils confirmed again, that the pitcher was full. Here the sage took a box with sand and emptied it into the pitcher too. Sand slipped through the pea and the stones and engaged all the space and all closed. The sage again asked his pupils, is the pitcher full, and again he heard affirmative answer. Then the wise man got a full mug of water and poured out it into the pitcher until the last drop. The pupils laughed, seeing it all.

The sage said: "I wanted, that you waked, that the pitcher - this is our life. The stones - the main component of the lives of everyone: the children, the family, the friends, the health. The pea - these are things, that to have a pleasant, but it is not the most important thing: a house, a work, a car, values ​​and so on. The sand is symbolizes a little things, which are full a life of any person. If the first the pitcher will be fill with the sand, there will be not room for the pea and all the more for the stones. So it is in life: if you are spend time on trivia, there will be not time for the most important things.
