A deserted island

A heart after you left
Is a deserted island,
Pure and lonely.

No need for self-destruction,
Intoxication, tears,
But the fact of your absence
Feels as if my hand was cut off.

Crossing borders
And looking for new horizons,
We were eveyrthing to each other.

Saving more than my life -
My dignity and clarity of mind,
Caring for me as a precious stone,
You haven't ever locked me down inside,
But after looking at cold winter stars I'd always return.

Waves crash into the shore
Of a desrted island,
And bright birds don't sing anymore.

All the beauty looks as if it was frozen -
You left my world,
Luckily, without having ruined
Its pillars.
