Theatre
Come to theatre, watch the shows
Comb the hair, hang up the clothes
Take a seat, turn off the phone
Shake your head in pleasant moan
Here is magic, here is the play
Some are tragic, some are gay
Full attention, no more cell
Hear the bell, here comes the belle
Light as feather, moves as swan
Sight of face is red like dawn
Utters words that ain’t but cute
Flowing out of magic flute
Now, here comes the dancing group
Taking her inside the loop
Beauty queen, no doubt is there
Splendid look, I’ve seen nowhere
Jesters, jugglers, red nose clowns
All around are funny sounds
I’m glad I came for joy
It’s enough to grieve, oh boy!
Turn your head and you will see
There’s a guy that’s on the tree
Hair down to his shoulders
Giving orders to his soldiers
Someone screams: hey fool, come down
You’re no one but General clown
Give the orders to the fools
This is place for other rules
And the guy laughed out aloud
Then he made his face so proud
This is ain’t but my small realm
That what was his brave a claim
I’m the king of Universe
I announce through this verse
That my servants aren’t folks
But the words as hard as rocks
What a fool, the people thought
He must fell on head a lot
Let us dance, enjoy the feast
Silly lad concerns us least
But his words have smashed the girl
They indeed have thrashed a whirl
He’s not fool a guy at all
He must join our lovely ball
The girl:
Please come down oh clever boy
Join the band, share our joy!
And the chap did not think twice
He was ready for his prize
The boy:
Shall we dance, enjoy the feast?
Would it count as happy tryst?
Will we ever dance and sing
Just like this, inside the ring?
And the lady in surprise
Momentarily replies
We’ll be happy here forever
If the theatres are forever!
Much as long as there are art lovers
And the fans with rosy flowers!
